She has worked extensively in the areas of search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), and social media marketing (SMM). While working for clients in a variety of industries, Lauren has undergone SEO, SEM, and SMM projects of all sizes and scopes. She has played an integral role in paid search campaigns to drive new leads, website redesigns with a focus on optimizing on-site content, and comprehensive social media programs to build brand awareness.
Lauren has lead social media programs for a variety of brands, including Beautyrest, Sherwin-Williams, The Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center – James Cancer Hospital and Solove Research Institute, OhioHealth and Papa John’s. Her experience includes the full scope of social media services, including content creation, community management, paid advertising, metrics and reporting, campaign planning, influencer management and overarching strategy.
Furthermore, Lauren has had extensive experience partnering with vendors and social platform representatives to build strong social ecosystems that evolve as quickly as the social space does. With contacts at Twitter and Facebook, Lauren stays up-to-date on platform updates and has open lines of communication for ongoing support. In 2014, Lauren completed her Masters of Business Administration, arming her with additional knowledge to aid her clients in achieving their business goals.
